Robert (BJ) Copeland

Principal

Robert (BJ) Copeland has been in the construction industry for over thirty years beginning with 15 years of carpentry experience to general superintendent, estimator/project manager, and director of operations with special prominence in promoting business development. BJ is LEED certified AP and the qualifying party for the General Dual License Contracting (KB-1). BJ has directed project management teams on $15 to $75 million projects and built hundreds of structures before beginning his own company. BJ places a strong emphasis on conceptual design estimating and as a “design build” expert provides suggestions for bringing your project design and objectives to a successful completion and within budget.

BJ models what he values: emphasis on family, community service and relationships. His resume includes the Maricopa County Planning Commission, past member and former Chairman; Rapport International Leadership, graduate; Fiesta Bowl, member; various community baseball and soccer teams, coach; and is active in the communities of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and Brophy Dads’ Club.

Paul Baker

Principal

Paul Baker brings 25+ years of experience in the construction industry – building on his strengths as a superintendent, estimator, and project manager. Paul earned comprehensive construction experience on a wide range of projects including: industrial, retail, medical and corporate office and multiple financial institutions. Paul has a proven reputation for consistently completing multi-million dollar commercial projects within budget while closely managing the cost controls, inherent risks and scheduling associated with each project.

Working closely with project architectural design teams, Paul ensures project continuity. Paul has managed multiple sizes and types of projects maintaining the same level of commitment to controlling costs, meeting critical project milestones and exceeding client expectations. Paul develops strong project teams and creates high workforce morale while providing positive motivation and sound project leadership.

Paul graduated from California State University Fullerton College with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree. He currently holds certificates in Dust Control Comprehensive Training, Metro Rail Track Training, OSHA 10 hour training, and State of Arizona Department of Public Safety Level One Clearance. Paul has also received Commendation from the City of Orange Police Department.

Paul is an active member of the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and Arizona Contractors Association.
