BPR Companies partnered with the Taroko team once again to deliver the full tenant improvement for Taroko Sports Chandler—their second Arizona location and an exciting new entertainment hub for the East Valley. This project transformed an open commercial shell into a dynamic, high-energy recreational venue designed for families, athletes, and casual visitors alike.

Our scope included full interior construction, encompassing demolition, new flooring systems, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and all specialty infrastructure required to support a diverse lineup of attractions. The Chandler location goes beyond standard batting cages, introducing pitching cages, HitTrax batting simulator technology, mini bowling lanes, electronic dartboards, 5D immersive racing simulators, classic arcade gaming, and additional interactive zones.

Every area was thoughtfully built to meet durability, safety, and performance needs while aligning with the Taroko brand’s fun, engaging atmosphere. The result is a vibrant indoor entertainment destination that elevates the recreational experience for the East Valley community.
