This new project involved the construction of a new 3,774 S.F., single-story building designed for use as a restaurant with a drive-thru. The building includes key spaces such as a dining room, kitchen with various support areas, and restrooms for both customers and staff. The commercial-grade kitchen featured storage, preparation areas, cleaning stations to support food service operations, as well as integrated mechanical systems to support ventilation and fire suppression. Additionally, the restaurant has an outdoor dining patio, providing a space for customers to enjoy their meals in an openair setting. Site development included new utility connections, parking accommodations including ADA spaces, site lighting, signage, and storm water management infrastructure.
