This project involved the construction of a new single-story drive-thru restaurant for Salad and Go, including all associated site development work. Scope of work included grading and drainage, utility installations, and paving improvements to support the new facility. Additional site enhancements included the widening of the existing driveway to improve vehicular access and the installation of a new right-of-way storm drain inlet to meet updated stormwater management requirements. The completed development supports a high-efficiency drive-thru operation and aligns with the brand’s streamlined site layout and operational model.
