This project involved the complete interior tenant improvement of a 3,000 sq. ft. grey shell space for Over Easy, a modern breakfast and brunch restaurant concept. The build-out included the full construction of a commercial kitchen, dining area, restrooms, and support spaces, along with the addition of a 315 sq. ft. outdoor patio to enhance guest experience. Scope of work encompassed new electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and structural systems to support the restaurant’s operations and meet code requirements. We delivered a fully functional and inviting environment, coordinating closely with the client and design team to meet brand standards and an aggressive schedule.
