This project involves the development of a new, 3,492 S.F. free-standing, single-story quick service restaurant for Shake Shack. The Structure is designed to meet the specific needs of a fast-paced, modern dining experience, featuring an innovative, customer-centric layout. This
includes strategically placed order counters, clear signage, and open kitchen areas to allow customers to engage with the preparation of their meals, enhancing the overall dining experience. Shake Shacks design will also feature a mix of indoor and outdoor seating options to accommodate various customer preferences. As for the kitchen and service areas, those will be designed to handle high volumes of orders,
using the latest equipment to maintain speed and consistency. The restaurant will be a part of Shake Shack’s expansion and is designed to reflect the brand’s signature aesthetic, offering an inviting and efficient environment for both customers and staff.
