BPR Companies successfully completed the construction of a state-of-the-art Open-Air Dining Pavilion at North High School within the Phoenix Union High School District, enhancing the campus dining experience for students. This new construction project spans 4,794 S.F. and features a sprinklered dining facility with both a conditioned kitchen space and an unconditioned open-air dining area, providing a comfortable and modernized environment for students. Additionally, the project includes an open-air mechanical yard to house the associated equipment. Throughout the project, BPR Companies maintained exceptional coordination with the owner, vendors, and all involved parties, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
