Urbana is a boutique home goods retailer with multiple locations throughout the Valley. For this project, BPR completed a full interior buildout that included the construction of a mezzanine for office and storage space, a new restroom, and a comprehensive retrofit of the HVAC and electrical systems. High-end finishes such as brick veneer, handmade tile, rift white oak cabinetry, and custom lighting were thoughtfully integrated to reflect Urbana’s refined aesthetic. The project was completed with an upgraded exterior storefront and signage, resulting in a visually striking and functional retail environment.
