The scope of this project includes the buildout of a +/- 3,842 S.F. spec office on the northeast corner of the building, (3) remote restrooms, new building common electrical room, (56) pit levelers, modifications to select egress stairs to comply with ADA area of rescue requirements, warehouse lighting, and A/C cooling and insulation at existing warehouse.
